How we share our improvement plan

The School Improvement Plan sets out how we will achieve our targets and gives us success criteria so that school leaders and Management Committee members can check progress. The plan is regularly discussed and updated at Senior Leadership meetings and Management Committee meetings. We also gather external views on our progress such as reports from the Local Authority or subject specialists, by considering your views and those of our students and staff and by members of the Management Committee visiting school to see our plan in action.
